*** PLEASE NOTE*** Due to the current state of being with COVID19, shipping times with USPS, FedEx and UPS are being delayed between 7-10 business days. Third & Co. Studio is diligent about sending out orders quickly in accordance with the selected carrier and upgrades at checkout, but cannot be held responsible for shipping delays once the package is in possession of respected carrier. Please place orders earlier than needed to ensure your shipment arrives in time.
Third & Co. Studio jewelry is handmade to order. Once your payment is processed, your order will ship within approximately 1-3 weeks depending on stock levels. You will be notified if there are any changes. Please view the "ETSY/Ready to Ship" section for jewelry available ASAP!
Shipping within the United States:
Orders within the United States are shipped via USPS First Class mail with insurance and will arrive in about 3-7 days. A tracking number will be emailed upon shipment.
Shipping to Canada and Mexico:
Orders to Canada and Mexico are shipped via USPS First Class International mail with insurance.
Orders from $0.00 to $120.00 = $10.00
Orders $121.00 and over = $12.00
International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International mail with insurance. Packages usually take about two weeks to arrive, but can take up to 3 or 4 weeks depending on how long a package is held in customs. We cannot be held responsible for a package taking longer than the USPS stated delivery time, and First Class International shipments cannot be tracked once they leave our studio. If you are concerned about tracking, please contact us prior to purchasing to make other shipping arrangements. Please be aware of all customs fees, duties and taxes required by your country when importing jewelry. Third & Co. Studio cannot be held responsible for any import fees.

Orders $121.00 and over = $15.00

For international wholesale orders, please be aware of all customs fees, duties and taxes required by your country when importing jewelry. Third & Co. Studio cannot be held responsible for any import fees. If you have any other information pertinent to importing jewelry into your country, please let us know - it is not possible for Third & Co. Studio to know all the customs rules for every country. Thank you!

All orders are shipped in a gift bag/box depending on size of your order. If your order is a gift and you would like to enclose a note please contact Dana at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Returns / Exchanges
We want our customers to be happy! If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may exchange your item for another by shipping it back in its original condition within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Third & Co. Studio's return/exchange policy lasts 30 days; if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Any shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact Dana at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your package to initiate the exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Item with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded and are final sale.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to:

If an item is damaged or broken within the first 90 days of your purchase, we are happy to repair it at no cost, provided it has been subjected to normal wear and tear.
Like a car, jewelry requires maintenance from time to time to keep it in its best shape. If after extended wear you would like your jewelry repaired or refurbished, please email Dana at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss the fee. The repair fee is based on the extent of the repair and starts at $20 plus shipping. The customer will be responsible for shipping both ways.
If you have lost one of your earrings, please contact Dana at email@example.com - we will do our best to make your earring a new mate! The cost for a single earring is half the price of a pair of earrings plus shipping.
